Recruiting Team Lead

Summary

Join our market research call center as a Team Leader, responsible for overseeing recruiters, monitoring calls, ensuring project completion, and maintaining strong communication. This is a fully remote position requiring 6 months to 1 year experience in a call center environment with additional hospitality or management experience preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months- 1 year experience in a call center/customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple recruiters
• Monitors calls on a regular basis and provides performance feedback
• Ensures timely implementation of assigned projects
• Review Call Center Production daily to ensure team members are meeting goals
• Monitors recruitment throughout the day to ensure recruiters have tools needed to be successful and productive
• Maintains strong communication with both Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Supervisor around active projects
• Provides performance feedback as necessary
• Able to effectively brief recruiters on studies
• Has a full understanding of SAMs and other Sago platforms
• Monitors Teams Channels and review quotas for sample support
• Daily report management to provide resources for rescreening

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years hospitality or management experience a plus
