Recruitment Team Lead

Summary

Join JobRack as a Recruitment Team Lead to lead our recruitment team, find top-notch candidates, and help shape the future of the business. This is a full-time remote role with core hours from Monday to Friday, working 8 hours a day between 8AM and 5PM CET.

Requirements

• Proven Recruitment Experience: You’ve got at least 7 years of solid agency recruitment experience, and you know how to fill roles quickly and effectively
• Leadership Experience: With a minimum of 3 years leading a recruitment team in an agency setting, you’ve shown you know how to guide and motivate your team to success
• Scalable: You’ve got hands-on experience in helping a recruitment function grow, with a track record of scaling up to 40 hires per month and beyond
• Client Relationship Management: Strong experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with the ability to manage expectations effectively
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business understanding and the ability to identify commercial opportunities
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using recruitment ATS (bonus points if it’s Workable) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed your own recruitment targets while leading your team to exceed theirs
