Requirements

  • At least 12 months of professional experience in any domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you feel energized by interacting with others
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: Sourcing candidates, conducting competitor mapping, and handling related administrative tasks
  • Maintain a candidate database for various job openings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Support HR in scheduling, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates
  • Participate in interviews from time to time to help assess candidate fit
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Perform data entry and other additional tasks as assigned
