Summary

Join KITSCH as a Recruitment Specialist and take charge of all hiring activities, from identifying open roles to onboarding new hires. You will build and optimize recruitment processes, evaluate hiring plans, create job postings, and source candidates through various online platforms. Responsibilities include screening applications, conducting interviews, tracking hiring metrics, and designing candidate experience surveys. You will also train managers on interviewing techniques and maintain a candidate database. This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Linkedin and Indeed
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Onlinejobs.PH and others
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Team spirit

Responsibilities

  • Builds an innovative and efficient recruitment process
  • Evaluates and creates reports on company’s hiring plans
  • Creates job templates and publishes job advertisements in various portals
  • Networks with/Sources potential hires through professional groups on social media platforms
  • Collaborates with the management in setting qualification criteria and job description for future employees
  • Screens/Reviews job applications and creates summaries of potential candidates
  • Conducts/Coordinates initial interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Designs, distribute sand measures the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Trains and advises managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Sends follow ups with candidates and keeping them updated throughout the hiring process
  • Maintains/Organizes a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Conducts onboarding process and ensure pre-employment documents are complied with on time
  • Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned
