Summary

Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a Recruitment Specialist intern! This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will screen and qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. Collaborate with senior management and gain valuable skills in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements

• Possess a Masters, Bachelors or post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Be capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Possess an analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Exhibit strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts
• Be proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools
• Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to the hiring team
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

Have previous experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or talent acquisition
