Summary

Requirements

• People residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2)
• Only resumes in English will be considered!
• At least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferably remote
• Experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes
• Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
• Access to a quiet 'home office
• Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms
• Applicant screening through resume/application review
• Shortlist candidates who will be interviewed for the role
• Actively sourcing talent using various recruitment tools
• Contacting applicants as the first point of contact via email and phone
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Initial pre-screening calls with candidates
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Supporting the team with administrative requirement tasks
• Maintaining candidate database using client’s ATS, Recruiter Flow
