Requirements

  • 2-4 year’s experience in inside or outside sales
  • Honest and empathetic approach to helping potential clients
  • Experience handling objections and demonstrating value to close the loop on a deal
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and comfortable closing deals $50k+
  • Exhibited a knack for comprehending buyer emotions and applying strategic selling skills
  • The ability to close deals and create urgency with clients while maintaining rapport and keeping the client’s best interest in mind
  • Selfless mentality and recognized for working well in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong time management skills, creative problem solver and self-sufficient worker
  • Willingness to travel outside of the office regularly, locally or on day trips, to meet with clients and prospects
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow current clients as well as drive new revenue growth from prospective schools and child-based organizations
  • Work closely with your Sales Director to reach a common revenue goal for your metro(s)
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand the client’s needs and provide a sound solution
  • Have ownership and autonomy over a book of current clients while allocating time for new pipeline growth
  • Map out the client’s organization and find ways to offer new value for multiple use cases
  • Understand the prospects and clients transportation challenges and align HopSkipDrive’s proven solutions to solve their needs
  • Collaborate with support, product, and operations to implement client feedback
