In this remote role based in Massachusetts, you'll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and acting as a liaison between customers and operations. You'll need expert-level proficiency in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary plus commissions, with total earnings ranging from $120,000 to $250,000 annually, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, FSA, and flexible PTO. Requirements
- Be expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and high standards
- Possess strong organizational skills; be able to manage priorities and workflow
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Show versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with colleagues and suppliers
- Demonstrate flexibility and innovation as a team player
- Be able to travel by plane or car (Up to 50%)
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Respond to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Function as liaison between our customers and our operations staff
- Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
- Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of solar industry product information
- Continually gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business; communicate information to management and others as needed
- Ensure that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required
- Attend and participate in business/trade events that impact the business unit
- Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings
