Summary
Join Eagle Eye Networks as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Midwest region, driving significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. You will build and expand the reseller channel, target key accounts and end-users, and collaborate with regional consultants. This high-energy role requires a proactive, results-driven approach, developing tailored business plans for territory partners and leveraging the Eagle Eye Partner Program. Success demands strong communication, consultative sales skills, and the ability to meet or exceed multi-million dollar quotas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS, IT, or security sales, particularly within video or access systems. Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or security sales with video or access systems
- Successful experience selling as an employee of a major security manufacturer
- Consultative/solutions sales experience with 90+ day B2B sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentations
- Demonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasm
- The highest level of ethics and professionalism is always maintained
- Great business judgment with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable business
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed a multimillion-dollar quota
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quota monthly, quarterly, and yearly while maintaining expenses
- Foster strong relationships with resellers to drive growth and successfully achieve sales targets through this channel
- Uncover end-user opportunities predominately through resellers; develop and manage to close
- Maintain a territory-wide sales plan that provides full geographic coverage while achieving sales quota
- Travel frequently and efficiently throughout the region to major customer sites
- Support Eagle Eye in companywide industry meetings and exhibitions
- Align seamlessly with EEN team members to ensure that reseller partners are fully trained to sell, install, and maintain our solutions effectively
- Become the face and spokesperson for Eagle Eye in your territory
- Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Channel Marketing, Sell-With, and Account Executive (AE) teams to drive shared goals and business outcomes
- Work with leadership to ensure your strategy is solid and is in keeping of the overall company goals
- Work with 3rd party technology and sales partners to grow sales through and with their channels
- Develop relationships and support consulting engineers within the region. Support their business needs
- Communicate effectively with internal teams ensuring Eagle Eye business departments and leadership have a full understanding of needs and opportunities for growth
- Utilize as a primary tool the CRM used by Eagle Eye ensuring it is constantly updated and maintained within company guidelines
