Summary

Requirements

  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more people, preferably overseeing account management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to exceed revenue goals and deliver significant account growth
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales techniques and the ability to mentor others in these areas
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a diverse team and multiple client accounts
  • Ability to drive urgency and close deals while ensuring the team maintains strong client relationships
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness for 50% travel to support team and client meetings
  • Reliable transportation for regular regional travel

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of your team of Regional Account Managers
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and management to establish and achieve common revenue goals across 8-10 markets/metros
  • Mentor and support your team in using a consultative sales approach to understand and meet client needs with effective solutions
  • Monitor and enhance your teamโ€™s management of a portfolio of current clients while also pushing for new pipeline growth
  • Lead strategic initiatives to identify additional needs of clients and introduce new value propositions to expand business
  • Ensure your team is familiar with, and can speak honestly and effectively to, the ever-evolving ways in which HopSkipDriveโ€™s solutions address client transportation challenges
  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, support, product, and operations teams to integrate client feedback into service enhancements
  • Develop strategies to enhance team performance and achieve targets, including regular on-site client visits
