Summary

Join Nutrabolt as a Region Manager and drive distributor performance in the GA, MS, AL area. Manage and mentor a team of Field Execution Managers (FEMs), overseeing sales strategies and achieving regional targets. This remote, field-based role requires 30% travel and involves managing distributor relationships, pricing, promotions, and billings. You will design and implement sales programs, evaluate sales techniques, and collaborate with marketing and national accounts teams. Success is measured by territory gross shipments, depletions, points of distribution growth, and retail performance. This position offers a sales bonus plan.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive distributor performance
  • Provide oversight and sales strategy of your region through managing a team of Field Execution Managers (FEM)
  • Report to the Director of Sales and Distribution over your assigned territory and will be responsible for carrying out the tactical strategies laid out by that business leader
  • Manage distributor performance by building and leader monthly planning and review sessions with distributor decision makers
  • Designs and sell in sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and billings for all distributors in assigned region based on the budgeted allocation you receive
  • Work with your FEMs to enhance distributor partner performance and adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each distributor
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume
  • Work directly with field marketing counterparts to identify and capitalize on key events that will build brand awareness in your assigned territory
  • Work closely with the National Accounts team on selling in and programming

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Pre-existing good working relationship with DPs of choice a strong plus
