Summary

Join StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform, as Regional Vice President to lead the West Coast team and drive sales growth across mid-market marketing agencies and advertisers.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising industry and familiarity with leading programmatic platforms
• Strong relationships with existing clients across the western region, and proven capability of selling into agencies and brands directly
• Proven capability of leading large teams, building a strong sales management team, developing enablement programs to train high performance sellers, and building a healthy and vibrant culture

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to selling programmatic advertising solutions across all verticals
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage agencies and brands directly
• Lead by example in pitching our platform to potential clients, both agency and brand direct
• Utilize sales enablement tools and analytics to derive actionable insights that enhance team performance and drive regional revenue growth
• Work closely with various teams, including product development, operations, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and provide valuable feedback
