Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in benefits consulting or a related field
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the market, carriers, products, and technical solutions related to medical and Rx funding strategies
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and mentor junior colleagues
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, with the ability to design innovative funding strategies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present client deliverables effectively
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the Outcome of Your Book of Business: Manage a portfolio of employer groups
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead annual service plan execution, renewal strategy, and long-term strategic planning
  • Innovate Funding Strategies: Design innovative benefit strategies based on knowledge of the market, carriers and products
  • Create and Present Client Deliverables: Contribute to the creation and presentation of client deliverables such as financial reporting, finalist/renewal presentations, budget reviews, etc
  • Enhance Strategic Capabilities: Partner with members of the client success, revenue, and operations departments to bolster Nava’s strategic capabilities
  • Develop and Mentor: Actively develop and mentor junior-level colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high client satisfaction
