Summary
Join Settle, a company revolutionizing inventory management for small businesses, as a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales goals. This role requires 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within Inventory Management Software (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or AP-related products. You will be a product expert, understand the competitive landscape, and support customers through account setup and activation. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to Settle's growth and expand your responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within Inventory Management Software (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or AP-related products
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Be resourceful and thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to take ownership and initiative, creatively problem solve, collaborate, and influence
- Experience using: Salesforce, Scratchpad, Apollo, and Chorus
Responsibilities
- Manage your velocity sales pipeline by engaging with prospects via phone, emails, and social at different points in the customer journey: discovery, qualification, decision, and onboarding
- Exercise and master advisory selling of the Settle platform
- Managed pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue accurately
- Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
- Be a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Support our customers through account setup and activation
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
