Summary
Join Voyc, a fast-growing AI-powered compliance monitoring software startup, as an Account Executive focused on the UK insurance sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive adoption of Voyc's solution, expand the company's impact, and potentially lead the UK sales team. Responsibilities include generating leads, collaborating with marketing, conducting discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, building relationships with decision-makers, closing deals, maintaining CRM data, partnering with implementation and customer success teams, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of B2B SaaS sales experience or experience in the insurance/financial services sectors, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Requirements
- At least two years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or the insurance/financial services sectors
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use Voycβs platform to configure and present demos
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to tailor solutions for the UK market
- Driven and self-organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of emails and follow-ups
- A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable traveling bi-weekly across the UK for client visits and events
Responsibilities
- Own the entire UK territory, generating high-quality leads from the UK insurance sector, using outbound tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver personalized messaging for targeted accounts, leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Conduct Discovery Calls and qualify leads with BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, using real client data to showcase Voycβs impact and ROI
- Build relationships with decision-makers (e.g., Managing Directors, COOs, Heads of Operations/Compliance) and guide them through the sales process
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, utilizing tools like Loom for personalized follow-ups
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate deal stages, values, and timelines
- Partner with the implementation team to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities and stay engaged with clients through QBRs and sync calls
