Voyc is a cutting-edge technology company revolutionizing compliance monitoring in the financial services sector. We leverage advanced AI-powered call monitoring software to ensure that businesses like car finance lenders can prove they treat customers fairly and comply with regulatory requirements. Our solution empowers quality assurance teams by automating the review of 100% of customer interactions, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to ensure compliance.

Currently growing 3x annually in the UK, Voyc monitors over 100 calls a minute for more than 80 financial institutions. To support our expansion and further our clients’ success, we are looking for a UK-based Account Manager who will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued clients.

About the Position

As an Account Manager at Voyc, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of over 30 clients in the financial services industry. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with these clients by understanding their unique business needs and offering tailored compliance monitoring solutions. Working closely with teams across Tech, Sales, and Product, you will ensure clients are fully supported while identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. Your work will directly impact Voycโ€™s growth, helping us scale in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or a similar role
  • Understanding of technical solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyse and present data effectively
  • Experience in contract writing and negotiations
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Must be based in the UK, with the ability to travel for client visits weekly
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and access to a car for client meetings
  • Willingness to attend evening events and functions for client engagement
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and compliance regulations is an advantage

Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management within the software or technology sector. A background in financial services or compliance is highly preferred. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, an ability to work with complex technical information, and a proven track record of engaging with clients at the C-suite level. Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous, as is a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and driving results.
