Join Omnidian, a fast-growing tech-enabled service company, as an Invoicing Specialist on our Field Service team. You will manage the end-to-end invoicing process for completed field service work, collaborating with Field Service Providers, Partner Management, and Accounts Payable teams. Your responsibilities include reviewing invoices against contract terms, approving or denying invoices, communicating with partners, and ensuring timely processing. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in invoicing or a similar administrative role, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements
- 2+ years in invoicing, billing operations, accounts payable/receivable, or similar administrative role
- Familiarity with reviewing contracts or service agreements
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Monitor invoice submissions upon service completion
- Review invoices against contract terms and service details
- Approve or deny invoices in alignment with contract compliance
- Communicate issues or discrepancies and request timely corrections
- Send final approval to Accounts Payable and ensure timely processing
- Interact by phone and email with FSPs to drive accountability and ensure end-to-end visibility and completion of invoicing cycle
- Track and drive accountability for cycle time (service complete to invoice paid) by interacting with Field Service Partners via email and phone
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and AP to resolve roadblocks
- Proactively follow up on delays to maintain efficiency in payments
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation throughout the process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume operations or field service environment
- Previous work with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of solar or clean energy service industries
- Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors
