As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll be pivotal to your client’s triumph. Your role in expanding programs and refining campaigns will forge lasting affiliate partnerships that will surely amplify to your client’s success.

Your expertise will streamline and boost efficiency within your team or the crucial driving force to your client’s company goals.

The ideal candidate will be a valuable representative of the client, nurturing global partnerships and compliance. Your expansive affiliate network will amplify their brand’s reach which will generate a positive impact on the industry standards.

Your Tasks

• Recruit and manage affiliates to expand our affiliate marketing program;
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates;
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and KPIs;
• Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth;
• Negotiate affiliate agreements and commission structures;
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and troubleshoot affiliate-related issues.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field;
• Minimum of 3 years experience;
• Virtual Assistant experience is not required but is a plus;
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Afftrack, Bitly, or other similar tools;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Results-focused with a creative problem-solving approach.

Language

• Professional proficiency in the English language is required.
• Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.

Requirements

• High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
• CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
• With dedicated and professional-looking home office set-up
