Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing
- Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and task management abilities
- Exceptional analytical skills to analyze data, solve complex problems, and think critically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites, and familiarity with Tableau and Smartsheet
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships with team members and clients
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates to optimize performance
- Campaign Strategy: Planning, implementing, and managing campaigns to meet business goals
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and reporting on affiliate performance, ensuring targets are met
- Optimization: Testing and optimizing affiliate strategies to increase traffic and conversions
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and affiliate program policies
