Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing
• Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and task management abilities
• Exceptional analytical skills to analyze data, solve complex problems, and think critically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites, and familiarity with Tableau and Smartsheet
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships with team members and clients
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates to optimize performance
• Campaign Strategy: Planning, implementing, and managing campaigns to meet business goals
• Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and reporting on affiliate performance, ensuring targets are met
• Optimization: Testing and optimizing affiliate strategies to increase traffic and conversions
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and affiliate program policies
