Job Description: Appointment Setting & Lead Generation Specialist

We are a men’s health company seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and generate interest.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team.
• Appointment Confirmation: Ensure that clients show up for their scheduled appointments.
• Social Media Engagement: Respond to inquiries on our social media platforms (Instagram).
• Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in lead generation and appointment setting (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram).
