About the Company:

Direct Counsel is currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join a reputable personal injury law firm specializing in bicycle accidents. This firm handles a diverse range of cases, from simple auto versus bicycle incidents to complex catastrophic injury cases against governmental entities for dangerous conditions of public property.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a newer attorney with some experience in personal injury law. While relevant experience is important, fit with the firm’s culture is the overriding consideration. The firm is looking for someone who is passionate about advocating for clients and is eager to grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Opportunities to participate in depositions and other hearings.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
  • Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: 100k to 150k
