Requirements

• Recently graduated or about to graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in teams/individually in remote working setting
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and open to learning new tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Work with your line manager to prioritize project objectives and billing strategies
• Help gather and document requirements and processes
• Learn how to translate our needs into solutions by supporting system documentation, business cases, and strategy papers
• Support regional teams in their billing-related projects, ensuring they align with the global billing strategy
• Collaborate with experienced team members and external partners to develop solutions that meet our needs
• Help prepare documentation for operational teams and help ensure a smooth handover of projects
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by learning to identify and propose process enhancements
• Billing related troubleshooting and support, partner with 3rd-party consultants, CoE, Project Partners and GCS resources to address issues and requests
