Remote Business Development Representative

Summary

Join Adthena as a Business Development Professional and contribute to the success of the UK Team by generating quality new business leads through outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and sales pipeline management.

Requirements

• 6-18 months experience in Sales, with a strong preference for a background in SaaS or B2B Sales in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Must be eager to advance within a sales organization by creating a positive impact both within the role and in the broader organization

Responsibilities

• Constant outbound prospecting to potential clients, utilizing internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
• Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn
• Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their needs and identify how we can help
• Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies and use cases
• Meet, if not exceed monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce
• Use sales technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, Lusha and Outreach or equivalents to power your outreach campaigns
• Navigate conversations with technical and economic buyers at a strategic level (C-Suite, VP or Director)
• Work closely with your AE to build a Sales pipeline
