Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in advertising tech or SaaS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mastering the Google Suite (Sheet and Slides especially)
  • Fluent in English (native English or another language a plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales enablement software
  • High level of motivation and drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners using various tools, including CRM software, social media, and marketing automation platforms
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage potential partners and set up meetings
  • Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and pipeline, ensuring the sales pipeline is organized and updated
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of adjoeโ€™s product to prospective partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to effectively communicate with potential clients and identify opportunities
