Summary

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in technology or cloud solutions
- Passion for Sales: Demonstrated interest in pursuing a sales career, with the ability to develop rapport quickly and engage potential clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and matching them with Aviatrix solutions
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Sales Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, and provide insights into lead development and pipeline status
- CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate lead and contact information in our CRM (Salesforce or similar), ensuring pipeline data is up-to-date
- Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, Aviatrix products, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created
