Requirements
- A minimum of one year sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally with a proven track record of high performance)
- Previous experience in a start-up environment, demonstrating a history of success under limited resources
- Self-driven, proactive with an ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to undertake various roles and conquer new challenges on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting
- A passion for Mosaicβs Values
- Must live and be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across various departments to establish best practices and instill a robust, sales-oriented organization and culture
- Target major named accounts, partnering closely with marketing to create, test, and roll out campaigns to stimulate demand and figure out how to effectively scale them
- Set monthly OKRs with your manager and devise a strategic plan to achieve them
- Become well-versed in our industry and confidently present our value proposition to CFOs, VPs of Finance, and other key decision-makers
- Consistently meet your activity metrics and exceed your targets (9 Opportunities Created per Month upon full ramp-up, with a 3-Month ramp period)

- Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment with the capacity to prioritize and multitask on the fly
- Strong emotional intelligence skills
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for troubleshooting issues
- Self-motivated, self-driven, and quick to learn
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment where requirements are not always clear-cut and priorities frequently shift
