Remote Business Development Representative

Summary

Requirements

• A minimum of one year sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally with a proven track record of high performance)
• Previous experience in a start-up environment, demonstrating a history of success under limited resources
• Self-driven, proactive with an ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to undertake various roles and conquer new challenges on a daily basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting
• A passion for Mosaic’s Values
• Must live and be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across various departments to establish best practices and instill a robust, sales-oriented organization and culture
• Target major named accounts, partnering closely with marketing to create, test, and roll out campaigns to stimulate demand and figure out how to effectively scale them
• Set monthly OKRs with your manager and devise a strategic plan to achieve them
• Become well-versed in our industry and confidently present our value proposition to CFOs, VPs of Finance, and other key decision-makers
• Consistently meet your activity metrics and exceed your targets (9 Opportunities Created per Month upon full ramp-up, with a 3-Month ramp period)
