Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in project management, with previous experience conducting strategic projects
• Strategic vision, with the ability to map the impacts of actions and anticipate next steps
• Data-driven vision and decision-making based on data
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel and Google Sheets)
• Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Support the construction of the area, co-creating routines and governance for the effective and strategic management of broker attraction channels
• Establish performance indicators (financial, operational, and performance) for the channels, strategically directing the prioritization of resources
• Apply problem-solving techniques to the needs of our operation, defining the problem, structuring it, prioritizing issues, proposing improvements, and measuring the impact of the actions applied
• Be responsible for the management of strategic multidisciplinary projects, ensuring the engagement of the various stakeholders involved (Planning and Performance teams, Growth, Engagement, CX, Operations, etc.), the execution of prioritized actions, and the monitoring of results

Preferred Qualifications

• Desirable intermediate knowledge of Looker/BI and SQL
• Desirable knowledge of Financials (Forecast, Financial Modeling, Unit Economics, Funnel Conversions)
