Business Development Specialist

Summary

Join FBTC, a decentralized BTC asset, as a Business Development Specialist. You will support and execute business development strategies, manage partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of our DeFi ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Web3 experience, strong knowledge of DeFi and L1L2 projects, and venture capital ecosystems. This bilingual role requires managing outreach, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will draft and execute proposals, conduct DeFi research, and monitor campaigns. The position requires strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the Web3 space, particularly within L1L2 projects and DeFi
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and execute campaigns
• Bilingual proficiency
• Must operate within an Asia timezone
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BD partners and partnership executives to draft, finalize, and execute proposals
• Conduct in-depth research on DeFi opportunities and execute partnerships aligned with the strategic vision
• Manage upper-funnel outreach, focusing on establishing and maintaining long-tail BD connections
• Act as a liaison for partners, maintaining relationships, tracking campaigns, and ensuring deliverables are met
• Check in with campaigns on an as-needed basis, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards with rigorous attention to detail
