• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices for resumes and professional profiles

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of students' resumes and LinkedIn profiles to ensure professional presentation and market alignment
• Assist students in using the provided resume template, guiding them in accurately representing their skills, experiences, and achievements
• Perform an initial review of student resumes, offering feedback and suggesting revisions to meet quality standards
• Host virtual meetings to discuss feedback and suggest improvements
• Work with students on finalizing their resumes for approval and use in their job search
• Guide students in creating or updating their LinkedIn profiles to establish a professional digital presence
• Advise on profile elements including headline, summary, work experience, and skills
• Collaborate with Career Coaches to tailor resumes and LinkedIn profiles throughout students' eligibility with career services
• Provide students with templates, feedback, and best practices to empower them in creating high-quality career documents
