As the Chief of Staff, Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the Sales Leadership Team. Your strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the entire Sales organization achieves its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Proxy and Executor: Act as the proxy and executor for the CSO, representing their interests and making decisions on their behalf as needed.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution. Identify and address roadblocks to optimize sales processes.
