Requirements

  • Independent problem solving
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required
  • Ability to follow supplied specifications with a very high degree of accuracy is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers of EHC software solutions
  • Meaningful response/resolution to assigned requests within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames
  • Review transaction data to identify trends and code resultant business rules
  • Participate in internal and client meetings
