Remote Collaboration Systems Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Collaboration Systems Engineer and participate in the implementation and optimization of a Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solution. You will assess existing communication infrastructure, design and implement UCC solutions, lead configuration and deployment, provide technical leadership, analyze business processes, and customize UCC platforms to fit different organizational departments.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams, including managing email, file storage, and collaboration workflows
• Strong understanding of Slack administration and workspace customization, including integrations with other collaboration tools
• Proficiency in configuring SharePoint, setting up document libraries, workflows, and permissions

Responsibilities

• Assess existing communication and collaboration infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement UCC solutions using platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and others to create a unified collaboration environment
• Lead the configuration and deployment of UCC systems to meet specific business requirements, ensuring smooth connection with existing systems and applications
• Provide technical leadership on UCC-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption
• Analyze business processes and recommend optimizations for UCC tools to improve productivity and collaboration efficiency
• Customize UCC platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint) to fit different organizational departments, ensuring they meet specific needs
• Develop automated workflows between collaboration platforms to enhance productivity
• Implement strategies to improve user experience, adoption rates, and overall satisfaction with UCC tools
