Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the payments industry, with a focus on pay facilitation selling to brick and mortar SMBs
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience working with digital leads and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop talent within the sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3 supervisors and 40 inside sales representatives in order to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the pay facilitator industry
- Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to supervisors and representatives to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to support sales initiatives and optimize processes
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management
