Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Some experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related role is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is preferred; willingness to learn is essential
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and managing commission structures to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Define and evaluate critical KPIs for sales workflows to ensure healthy growth of the business
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and revenue operations teams to gather commission-related data
• Create and maintain reports in Power BI to visualize commission performance and trends
• Use SQL to pull and manipulate data from various sources for analysis
• Support the monitoring of commission payouts and help address any discrepancies
• Contribute to the design of commission plans by modeling potential impacts on revenue
• Provide assistance and training to sales teams regarding commission policies and procedures
