Remote Creative Director

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in a creative marketing role at creative agencies or at brands (preferably both), focused on social media
• Experience taking projects from concept through activation
• Strong copywriting, art direction and brand strategy experience
• Deep understanding (and obsession) with social storytelling formats of today, such as TikTok, and an interest in new and emerging social platforms
• Super out-of-the-box creative thinker
• Very organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
• Passionate and skilled mentor and team leader

Responsibilities

• Help lead our team’s approach to creative disruption
• Become one of the world leaders in TikTok marketing, and lead brands big and small to success on the platform, and beyond
• Invent new ways for brands to utilize TikTok and other emerging digital platforms, to drive virality and earned media
• Provide oversight on content strategy, conceptual creative and execution alongside our production, strategy, and account teams
• Create high-performing, social-first paid and influencer campaigns
• Pitch prospective and existing clients on campaign concepts and opportunities
• Think holistically about the company's growth, and develop marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients (presentations, social media, blog articles, etc.)
