Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold and warm calling, as well as other outreach methods
  • Build rapport and generate interest using effective communication techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and YAMO Premier Properties team members utilizing Calendly scheduling app
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up
  • Track and manage appointment schedules for optimized time management
  • Set up and maintain the KVCore (Boldtrail) CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Input accurate and current information into the CRM
  • Generate reports and analyze performance metrics using the CRM
