Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold and warm calling, as well as other outreach methods
- Build rapport and generate interest using effective communication techniques
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system
- Schedule appointments between prospects and YAMO Premier Properties team members utilizing Calendly scheduling app
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up
- Track and manage appointment schedules for optimized time management
- Set up and maintain the KVCore (Boldtrail) CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Input accurate and current information into the CRM
- Generate reports and analyze performance metrics using the CRM
