Requirements

  • Possess valuable studies in Business Administration, Mathematics or Law
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Have C2 level proficiency in Dutch
  • Demonstrate customer orientation, empathy and active listening
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Exhibit analytical capacity and the ability to acquire new knowledge autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, etc
  • Manage back office tasks such as answering emails and WhatsApp messages
  • Offer banking products
  • Comply with requirements of transparency, service information (purpose, characteristics and risks of the different investment products) and client protection reflected in the regulations, both internal and external, that apply to this type of product
  • Report and follow up on anomalies that arise in the application
  • Comply with the quality standards and sales objectives defined by the entity

Preferred Qualifications

Have valuable (not exclusive) experience in banking
