Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow revenue from assigned customers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Work with new customers to successfully get started using Blueprint
  • Work with Sales, Product, Support, Clinical and Engineering to identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues
