Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow revenue from assigned customers
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Work with new customers to successfully get started using Blueprint
- Work with Sales, Product, Support, Clinical and Engineering to identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues
