Requirements

• Good knowledge: MySQL
• Understanding of functioning of the financial markets
• Ability to process, visualize and interpret data
• Independence and ability to solve complex analytical problems
• Active knowledge of English

Responsibilities

• Working with different teams within Bitstamp to translate data into concrete initiatives reflecting in material results
• Preparing advanced Tableau reports to establish automated reporting & automating repeatable tasks
• Analyzing large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity
• Preparing Machine learning algorithms to predict future based on history
• Gaining holistic understanding of the company & group, all the way from internal processes and operations to macroeconomic factors and topline results

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tableau or other interactive BI tool
• Knowledge of Python/MATLAB/R
• Understanding of market microstructure
