Remote Delivery Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Management, or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of related prior experience in a similar role (Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner)
• Experience within high-growth & scaled and international organizations
• Excellent oral and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Onboard colleagues or cross functional teams on Software Delivery frameworks and relevant practices (e.g Scrum, Kanban or other relevant)
• Plan, facilitate ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Plannings, and Retrospectives in a remote and international environment
• Coordinate with other delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Ensure deliverable accountability across the cross functional team members
• Inform line managers on issues that need to be addressed around members performance in a professional context
• Monitor and take action on metrics related to the quality and stability of the team’s deliverables
