As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the CEO and play a critical role in driving financial excellence, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven culture with experience establishing systems and processes in a technology company
• Demonstrated success in a senior financial leadership role within the SaaS industry, preferably with experience scaling high-growth companies
• Strong operator and leader with the ability to transform finance teams, processes, and systems; implement and track KPIs; and optimize company performance
• 10+ years of increasing financial leadership responsibility with deep experience in operational finance and FP&A
• Experience implementing modern finance tools that help scale and influence a company’s digital transformation

Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Strategy and Operational Excellence: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business
• Collaborate as a Cross-Functional Business Partner: Partner with the leadership team to provide financial support for strategic planning, cash flow management, and resource allocation
• Own the Financial Model, Improve the Planning Process, and Use Financial Analysis of Key SaaS Metrics/KPIs to Influence Business Decisions: Analyze financial implications of various business initiatives
• Lead and Develop the Finance Team: Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance
