Requirements

  • SaaS Extraordinaire: you’ve spent time in your driving demand and marketing SaaS products (MarTech or adjacent industries a plus)!

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic demand generation initiatives: Define, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and more) to drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and sales pipeline growth
  • Optimize marketing automation systems: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to segment audiences, deliver personalized campaigns, automate lead scoring, and track performance through comprehensive data analysis and reporting
  • Develop targeted nurture programs: Create and manage end-to-end lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects, accelerate pipeline movement, and improve conversion and win rates, ensuring a seamless transition between marketing and sales
  • Develop process for multi-touch attribution: Partner with RevOps to design and implement a multi-touch attribution model, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively measured and aligned with sales outcomes, facilitating data-driven decision-making
  • Align sales and marketing for revenue impact: Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality, timely follow-up strategies, and continuous feedback loops that optimize pipeline velocity and drive toward shared revenue targets
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team: Develop, coach, and scale the Demand Generation team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity and results-driven performance
