Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with Cloud Security, BOT Management, Account Fraud, and Consumer Identity domain
- Passionate about combating online threats and enhancing digital user experiences
- Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy and drive successful execution
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with company objectives
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans
- Lead a team of product managers and provide mentorship and guidance to the product management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases
- Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch
