Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with Cloud Security, BOT Management, Account Fraud, and Consumer Identity domain
  • Passionate about combating online threats and enhancing digital user experiences
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy and drive successful execution
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with company objectives
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans
  • Lead a team of product managers and provide mentorship and guidance to the product management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases
  • Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch
