Summary

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience as a lead sales executive
  • Strong Background in the blockchain, finance, or fintech industry
  • Someone with deep technical knowledge in complex products
  • Proven experience in selling to financial institutions, including banks, hedge funds, exchanges, or payment companies, is required
  • Must be located in either Austria, Germany, or Switzerland

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution
  • High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)
  • Gathering the prospect’s requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
  • Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy & programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation
  • Handling deals End to End (commercials, negotiation, procurement)
  • Identifying key customers’ feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing
  • Represent at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness
  • Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals
