Join Career Renew as a Director of Sales - Middle East & Africa to generate pipelines, execute deals, and develop channel strategies. This remote position requires candidates to be based in Dubai or Israel.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience as a lead sales executive
- Strong Background in the blockchain, finance, or fintech industry
- Someone with deep technical knowledge in complex products
- Proven experience in selling to financial institutions, including banks, hedge funds, exchanges, or payment companies, is required
- Must be located in either Dubai or Israel
Responsibilities
- Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution
- High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)
- Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
- Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy & programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation
- Handling deals end to end (commercials, negotiation, procurement)
- Identifying key customersβ feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing
- Represent at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness
- Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals
