Operate as a solutions consultant, delivering frameworks, insights, and tools. Guide managers in creating a culture of excellence. Contribute to the evolution of the Employee Success function. Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in strategic HR, management consulting, business operations, or other cross-functional rolesβwith at least 2+ years in a consultative capacity
- Experience leading or supporting multiple phases of the employee life cycle (e.g., onboarding, performance management, talent development, engagement)
- Strong understanding of business operations, organizational effectiveness, and financial drivers
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trust, and navigate dynamic team environments
- Analytical thinker skilled in using people analytics, data storytelling, and insights to inform talent strategy and business decisions
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, business-aligned HR solutions through creative problem solving
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high levels of autonomy
- Entrepreneurial, growth-mindset with a solution-oriented approach and passion for continuous learning
- Must be located in: New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Columbus, or Raleigh-Durham metro areas. You will have the option to work from home or from an office whenever youβd like

- Provide strategic counsel and hands-on support in areas such as organizational design, change management, employee relations, and total rewards
- Translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies, shaping team capabilities and succession plans to meet evolving priorities
- Operate as a solutions consultant, delivering frameworks, insights, and tools that empower managers to build high-performing, engaged teams
- Guide managers in creating a culture of excellence through clear goal setting, meaningful feedback, and development planning
- Contribute to the evolution of the Employee Success function by bringing a consultative mindset, sharing best practices, and leading cross-functional initiatives
