Remote Enterprise Account Executive

Summary

Join the Enterprise Sales Team as the first-ever Enterprise Account Executive based outside of France, leading the charge in expanding success across EMEA.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
• Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
• Successful track record to achieve 500k + euros quotas
• Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
• Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
• A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude
• Fluent English (US/UK), German skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of building and managing a robust pipeline, focusing on large enterprise clients (10,000+ employees)
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of BDRs, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and other internal experts
• Learn to navigate Convexity, our working environment
• Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hour
• Understand our product offering through training and the onboarding process
• Learn our sales processes, tools and frameworks
• Discover your territory
• Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accounts
• Demonstrate a high level of leadership by being diligent, thorough, and making a positive impact during every sales engagement
• Start creating a pipeline to ensure success
• Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regard to updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information
• Collaborate with the Sales Engineering and BDR teams to accelerate sales opportunities
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives
• Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed set quotas
• Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance
