Remote Event Marketing Manager

• 2-5 years of B2B event management experience
• Proven track record of successful event management, pipeline generation and partnership with sales and marketing
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal

Responsibilities

• Partner Agency Events
• Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and staffing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to enhance collaboration
• Regional Events and Dinners: Plan, organize, and execute regional events and dinners to strengthen Nirvana Insurance's partner relations in key markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of regional events - including ensuring the room is filled with the right people
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee event logistics
• Key Industry Events: Identify, prioritize, and manage Nirvana Insurance's presence at 5-8 key industry events each year
• Coordinate all aspects of event participation, including (in rare cases) booth design, ancillary events, staffing, and post-event follow-up
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maximize Nirvana Insurance's impact
• Internal Events and Retreats: Plan and execute internal events, such as our company wide kick-off, retreats, and celebrations
