Growth Analyst, GTM Strategy and Enablement Analyst

Requirements

• Proven record of exceptional analytical capabilities and technical skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Marketing platforms
• Experienced in the online marketing industry
• Fluent in English and capable of communicating with C-Level in English

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to translate overarching financial and strategic goals into operational KPIs
• Aggregate and validate a variety of data sources to build leadership-level dashboards that track performance against KPIs
• Regularly align with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide visibility into revenue and sales performance, key drivers of attainment, and opportunities to further unlock revenue and efficiency
• Lead the creation of data infrastructure requirements and partner with Product to implement them, to ensure we can rigorously track and measure success
• Use data to proactively identify new opportunities to improve specific metrics (e.g. bound to written, state diversification). Align key stakeholders across Sales, BD, Product, and Marketing on your insights and the plan to action on them
• Partner with Marketing leadership to optimize our D2C channel, including media buying, online funnel conversion, A/B test definition and measurement, sales lead and call routing, and lifecycle communications
