Requirements

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in growth Marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid advertising
• Experience with A/B testing, Marketing automation tools, and Data Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc)
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative in a fully remote setting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels (social media, email, paid search, etc)
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts and conversion rates
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales) to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and customer retention
• Lead initiatives to explore new marketing channels and technologies to enhance growth
• Design and implement referral programs and influencer marketing strategies
