Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for marketing optimization and clear upward reporting
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth within the K-12 or EdTech market, or a similar space
  • Demonstrated experience with complex sales cycles, ABM strategies, and coordinating with partnerships and events
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading large-scale campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies focused on increasing awareness, generating leads, and growing the sales pipeline
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns without being confined to specific channels
  • Implement strategies to engage and nurture leads throughout the buyer’s journey, incorporating automation tools and personalized outreach to improve conversion rates
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline growth, conversion rates, revenue impact)
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Lead customer-centric marketing efforts by crafting creative campaigns that capture the attention of K-12 executives and decision-makers in a crowded market
  • Work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure demand generation efforts align with sales goals
  • Oversee and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI
